I’m a model from Pennsylvania, USA. After modeling for the last 6 years I’ve been published in Playboy special Editions magazines three times as well as Playboy Mexico. I’ve also been featured in fitness DVDs for Men’s Health and Women’s Health magazines entitled “Spartacus: 5.0.” Other than that I’ve modeled swimsuits for numerous sites as well as lingerie companies. In my spare time, I love to go hiking and can be found working out in my basement gym. Other than that I love spending time with my English Bulldog, Iggy!

What do you think, Is it important to attended fashion modeling courses? Do they really help newbies to get a foothold in the Fashion Industry? Sarah Clayton: I don’t think it’s necessarily important or required – buy by all means if someone wants to attend courses, then yes! Honestly just study models and their poses, walks, and practice, practice, practice!
How you communicate with other netizens, especially your subscribers? Are you patient? polite? friendly? How often you reply to them? Sarah Clayton: I try to reply to all of them, I’m mostly patient and polite, friendly. I try not to be rude.
Has modeling changed other aspects of your life? What does your career do for you? Sarah Clayton: It’s made me pay a lot closer attention to my body and my fitness level. I’ve cleaned up my diet considerable and try to work out often.
Is there anything you dislike about modeling? Sarah Clayton: The pressures some people feel to look a certain way. Just be the best version of yourself. There are hundreds of body types that need to be represented, somewhere. Just be yourself.
And what are some things you dislike or want to change about the fashion industry? Sarah Clayton: I love the artistic side of the photography and set design. I hate the way models harm themselves to fit a certain mold.

My beauty regime includes using my Clarisonic daily and wearing minimal makeup whenever I can. This usually includes no makeup on the weekends 😉
Is there any food which you avoid eating? How often do you exercise or go to the gym? How much time do you spend there? Sarah Clayton: I try to avoid processed foods as much as I can. Working out takes place in my basement as I have a home gym set up there. I do a lot of weights and bodyweight workouts. The programs I love are all produced by Men’s Health/Women’s Health Magazines and are entitled “DeltaFit: Speed Shred,” “Spartacus: 5.0” and “10-Minute Torchers.” (Fun fact: I’m featured in “Spartacus.”)
Excluding all complicated beauty & fitness mantra what do you think to be the easiest way to look pretty and glamorous? Sarah Clayton: Having a good blow-out regarding the hair and simple makeup. Can’t go wrong with that! It’s classic and easy to do.

Cosmo becomes boring and over-infatuated because none of the advertisements are attainable for regular people. My other love is Women’s Health Magazine. It’s so informative and I love all the fashion they feature.
