Well, I’m a small-town girl with big-city dreams. I was born in Springfield Ohio and moved to Kansas when I was 2. I have always wanted to model. Then one day I got hired on for a shoot and from then on I knew my career was born.
What does fashion actually means to you? What inspires your passion, excites & motivates you about modeling? Fashion means a lot of things for me. When I think about the fashion business I get chills. It’s all I have ever wanted to do, walk the runway in designers’ clothing or pose in some high fashion print editorials.
When and how exactly you get started? What was it for: for the glamour, name & publicity, or anything else? My first shoot was with a photography business named Heather-Leigh Photography on August 29th, 2012. from then on I knew I had found my career.
What do you think, is it important to attended fashion modeling courses? Do they really help newbies to get a foothold in the Fashion Industry? I have never attended modeling classes but I think that it would really have helped me in the beginning. I advise new models to at least try it and see where it takes them. In this business, it takes more than a pretty face to get by. In a sea of beautiful people you have to stand out personality-wise as well, and you have got to know your body, facial expressions, and angels that work for you.

How you communicate with other netizens, especially your subscribers? How often you reply to them? Yes, I do believe you should try to communicate or at least acknowledge your fans. I think you have to be polite, friendly, and patient to be part of this life. You want them to look up to you, and you don’t want to disappoint
Has modeling changed other aspects of your life? Yes, Modelling has changed my life. I used to be a very shy girl in class who never did her makeup or hair. Modeling has really brought my personality out.
What distinguishes a good photograph from a bad one? I think a good photograph tells a story, makes the viewers see what your selling in a whole new way.
Tell me about your favorite models & designers? Like all girls/women, I’m obsessed with Victoria Secrets. They really opened doors for women to look sexy and still be classy. The models are beautiful and they are real role models to me. I also love Vogue and Versace as well. They capture my heart and drive my passion to be the best I can be just for the chance to work with them.
What has been your best fashion look? What was your biggest fashion mistake? I think my best fashion look would have had to of been when I looked all old fashion with my hair and makeup all crazy big and high fashionable (if you know what I mean). It turned out to be so much fun and we got some amazing shots as well. After however was the fashion mistake. I and my security were in the hotel and I was trying shower to unfashion myself but the water on our whole floor was cold. So after already getting halfway soaked with freezing water, the hotel manager was knocking at our door to tell us that we could shower in a different room with hot water. So with my makeup running down my face and my hair still big as can be, we ran all the way to another floor (me sporting just a towel) to get me showered. All and all it worked out fine and made for a great story.

How you prepare yourself for a modeling shoot? I prepare myself by doing yoga exercises to make posing more natural. I also love to drink tea on the way to set to calm my nerves.
What are your favorite types of outfits to model in? What are your least favorites? High fashion dresses would have to be my favorite to model, makes me feel like I’m in another world. I would have to say modeling jeans is my least favorite, but I still love it!
What kind of shoots would you like to work on in the future? I really want to try underwater or upside down shoots. Sounds interesting.
Tell me something about your city, your favorite hang out spots there? My city is very small. Not much to do at all. But we have a small pond that I and my friends I like to go and hang out at.
What do you like to do for entertainment? I love to party and spend time with friends. We live in a very small town so we normally just have small get together and talk about crazy stories.
Do you eat nutritiously? I would have to say I actually eat very unhealthy haha, I work as a bartender at Pizza Hut when I’m not shooting and eat it every day almost. I love food and I love eating 🙂 but good exercising is always good.

How often do you exercise or go to the gym & workout? I try to work out or do yoga every day. And go to the gym 3-4 times a week for more of an intense workout to stay toned and fit. my favorite is the Big 12.
What do you think to be the easiest way to look pretty and glamourous? I think that a big step to looking beautiful is to watch what your doing to your body, make sure to keep your teeth healthy, clean makeup off every night, and try not to smoke. avoid harming your body.
What are your experiences in the fashion industry? Do you have any advice for other aspiring models? My experiences have been mostly good, but my advice to aspiring models is that you always need to be careful and watch your back. It is a very cut-throat business and there will always be someone trying to exploit you. There are so many scams today, bring someone with you to shoots if possible and check all loose ends. But if you have the opportunity to jump at it! just do it being safe.
