Hello, first of all, thank you for the invitation to the interview, it’s a great pleasure for me. I’m Jasmin Ö. known as Jasmine Delal 18 years of age (born 01.04.1995 ) I come from the beautiful city of Bremen in Germany. I am half Kurdish half German, my father is a Kurd from Turkey and my mother is German. I model since August 2013, although I am represented by some modeling agencies. Since I was 16 years old, when I took part in casting, this was a dream of mine. Now I began to start walking my way and make something of myself. I was always interested in the media world, I want to go my way and come out by making a career as a top model and actress. My body is different from the common models, I have curves and I’m very proud of my body. Even then, when I was a child, I was very photogenic and I loved it to be in front of the camera. My specialties for which I model are Fashion, Lifestyle, Bikini fashion, portrait, promotional, catwalk, and TV. My family supports me and that’s the most important thing.
Out of all the work you’ve done so far, which was your favorite video or photoshoot? That was my first music video where I got to play the main role, it’s still my favorite video!
What projects are you currently working on? Currently, I ‘m doing my shootings and play in one or another music video, in the summer of 2014 I will shoot my own music video in which I will sing a song. In 2015 I will be an actress in a movie. It’s not unlikely you will hear a lot from me in the future.
What do you do to de-stress after a bad day? I go to the gym, to compensate for a bad mood or stress
Has modeling changed other aspects of your life? What does your career do for you? Yes, the modeling already changed my life a bit, I have lost friends because they are jealous of my happiness and luck. On the other hand, I am aware that the new way in my life is a great way because everything is going so well.
How you prepare yourself for a modeling shoot? A day before my shootings, I have a beauty day at home with face mask, fingernails repaint a nice conditioner for my hair, and so on.
What kind of shoots would you like to work on in the future? I would like to do a shooting at the beach or underwater, that would be very interesting
How often do you exercise or go to the gym? How much time do you spend there? I train 2-3 times a week if there is time for. I run some rounds around the block and I do home fitness.
What are your experiences in the fashion industry? What is fun and rewarding about modeling? Do you have any advice for other aspiring models? I ‘d say so, there are some girls who want to be to become nothing more than a model, that is their childhood dream, and for me, it was all kismet. I got the chance and so I ‘ve tried it. I had fun doing it and so I wanted to make something out of it. So far I managed everything very well but I would also like to make an acting career.
What fashion magazines you like reading? I like to read the Closer, In touch, Vogue magazines.
Tell me about your favorites. My favorite model is Claudia Sampedro and Kim Kardashian, my favorite actor & actress are Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. My favorite place to be in Turkey.
