I grew up in a small town. We didn’t have very much. My mom worked hard to raise my brother and me on her own. I have always dreamed of modeling. Finally, several months ago, I decided to try modeling and see how it worked out. I love it! I enjoy being in front of the camera. I love being able to create unique and fresh perspectives. Right now, I’m really into pin-up/vintage themed shoots, but I’m open to other ideas, as well. I’m a bubbly person, and I love meeting new people.
Describe yourself in three words. In three words, I would describe myself as Cheerful, determined, and easy-going.
How would you describe your personality? My personality is very upbeat and spunky.
How would you describe your professional interests? I hope to be discovered, soon, and become a famous model.
Why do you want to work as a model? Why are you interested in this Career? I love being the center of attention. Ever since I was a little girl, I dreamed of modeling.
What languages do you speak? I speak English.
What’s your background in modeling? I am an independent model. I am also a prospecting model for Bombshell Bettie’s. I have a few other things going on, as well.
Is there anything you would like to change about yourself? I would change: My eye color (I always wanted blue eyes), my height (I am 5’3″), and I would also like to add more tattoos to my body.
What are some of your favorite models and designers? Some of my favorite models are Bettie Page, Dita Von Teese, Marilyn Monroe, Anna Nicole Smith, and Kat Von D.
How would you describe your style? My style is just that… my own. I love everything vintage, but I also throw in a modern twist on things, too!
What are your strengths? And what are your weaknesses? One strength of mine is my ability to be determined. If I face a challenge, I will overcome it. One weakness that I have is deadlines. I lead a very busy life, and managing time is a big task for me.
Where do you generally shop? I love to shop in boutiques and little infamous, “off-the-map” stores.
What other modeling projects have you done? I’ve participated in many different types of shoots with varied photographers. I’ve also been published in a few magazines.
What kind of modeling are you interested in and why? I love vintage/pin-up because it’s just so much fun! From the props to the clothing, it’s a blast! I love being an inspiration for other women.
Do you have any other experience in the fashion industry (like writing photography etc.)? As of now, I’m just modeling.
How would you describe working with the photographer? I love working with different photographers. They all give you different tips, and it’s nice to receive feedback. I also love seeing the unique images that they each produce.
What makes a stylish lady or man? Is there a difference? You must stay updated on the changing styles to be stylish. I think that you have to make it your own though. Personalize things a little.
How would you describe the photographer’s style? Each photographer has their own style. No two photographers shoot their images or models the same.
Who are some of your favorite fashion photographers? Two of my favorite fashion photographers are James Hickey and Raya.
Why would you think you’re fit for being a model? I’ve been told multiple times that “I have the look”, and I truly believe that I do. I deliver what it asked and expected of me.
Do you do your own hair and make-up? I generally do my hair and makeup. I attended classes at a cosmetology school for about a year.
What’s your beauty regime? I love to eat healthily, work out, and just take care of myself.
Do you eat nutritiously? Tell me about the diet you follow on a regular basis? I do eat clean. I eat things that are low carb and low-calorie. I also eat a lot of fresh greens.
How often do you exercise or go to the gym, workout? How much time you spend there? I run 2.5 miles every day on my treadmill in my home.
What are some of the main differences between the runway and photographic modeling? I believe that runway modeling is more strict on height and weight. You can add your own touch when it comes to photographic modeling.
What’s your favorite outfit from your own closet? I have several favorites. I own a peach/pink dress that has a fun vintage print. I really love it, but there’s too much to choose from to just pick one!
Describe the atmosphere when you’re on a shoot? I’ve participated in indoor studio shoots and outdoor shoots. Each atmosphere is different. I enjoy both types!
Do you have any limitations? I do have certain limitations. I would model almost any type of clothing.
Describe the ideal work environment for you. I love shooting outdoors on a pretty day!
What are you likes and dislikes? I dislike arrogance. I believe that we are all equal and should be treated that way. I enjoy a nice, quiet night in… sitting on my couch, watching a good movie.
Excluding all complicated beauty & fitness mantra what do you think to be the easiest way to look pretty and glamorous? To be glamorous, you need red lipstick, blush, mascara, and a pretty hairstyle!
